About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Developer with the confidence and experience to hit the ground running after learning about our services and mission. You’ll be the face of the brand, building relationships with gyms, physicians, wellness businesses, and community partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys authentic networking, and knows how to grow a brand from the inside out.

Breakdown of Responsibilities

• 70% | In-person networking and outreach: Build and maintain referral partnerships with gyms, doctors’ offices, and health/wellness providers

• 10% | CRM & Email Marketing: Coordinate follow-ups, send newsletters, and maintain outreach pipelines

• 20% | Social Media Engagement: Represent the Impact brand online and contribute to our digital presence

Bonus if you have:

• Healthcare, physical therapy, or fitness industry experience

• Workers’ comp or provider relationship knowledge (not required but appreciated)
