We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our clients, and we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis to help us find top-tier talent.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical or physical therapy recruitment and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the flexibility of part-time work and is skilled at sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter/Recruiter Lite, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the medical or physical therapy field.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
