We are looking for a lead physical therapist who is passionate about treating patients and leading a team of staff therapists.
Clinic Director
Position: Clinic Director
Location: Peoria, AZ
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
Paid Time Off (PTO): 15-19 days
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of full time clinical experience in an outpatient setting
In good standing with Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy
Minimum 4 Years of Leadership Experience
Experience with budgeting and KPIs
Demonstrated reliability, communication and adherence to Impact Physical Therapy Core Values

Responsibilities:
As a Clinic Director, you'll play a key role in guiding the clinic's success and driving exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:
Conducting individual coaching sessions with PTs.
Collaborating with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
Pay and performance
Managing staff PTO requests and clinic hours.
Leading staff hiring and, when necessary, personnel decisions.
Overseeing quarterly and yearly performance reviews.
Establishing and nurturing referral relationships.
Understand the clinic budget to ensure financial stability.
Assuming responsibility for clinic profitability and complete financials.
