We are looking for a lead physical therapist who is passionate about treating patients and leading a team of staff therapists. 

No physical therapy leadership experience?  No problem - we have a comprehensive leadership academy which teaches you the tools to be a great leader. 

Physical Therapist Expectations :

• Oversees daily clinic operations, scheduling of physical therapy staff, time cards and PTO
• Responsible for meeting clinic performance utilizing specific KPI’s
• Ensures the clinic follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard Impact operating procedures
• Reports on the productivity and stats of the clinic on a weekly basis
• Works effectively with support staff to meet the production demands of the clinic’s schedule
• Provide oversight of administrative procedures and clinic admin personnel
• Conducts weekly one on one meetings and quarterly reviews with staff therapists 
• Work a set schedule in the clinic treating patients

Physical Therapist Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Leadership and/or management experience 
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead a team while maintaining a steady workload within practice standards
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Doctorate preferred but not required
• Must have AZ licensure upon start of work with us
