Sales and Marketing Specialist

20801 N. Scottsdale Rd. Suite 105 Scottsdale, AZ 85255 • Marketing • Part-Time

Salary Range:  $18.00 - $20.00 hour

Overview

Do you enjoy meeting people and promoting something you are passionate about? Impact Physical Therapy and Wellness is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. You will work closely with the company and clinic leaders to grow referrals in each of our clinics by building and maintaining community referral sources, reaching out to past and current patients, organizing events and securing additional new sources of referrals. You will also enhance our brand and build a strong online presence in our communities through various social media platforms. You will develop and manage social medial content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and Impact.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Establish models, generate and conduct leads; convert leads to visits.
  • Follow up generated leads in person, by telephone and by email; convert to visits.
  • Document number of leads and conversions and report on a weekly basis
  • Track success of lead generation sources and follow-ups 
  • Set and track goals for calls/leads and conversions
  • Develop and procure all marketing materials; monitor inventory to ensure adequate supply.
  • Develop and maintain a referral network 
  • Maintain and update marketing plan
  • Assist with website development and follow up leads generated by website.
  • Research and stay current with industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as required by circumstances.
  • Meeting regularly with physician, lawyers, referral coordinators, workers compensation referral sources, auto injury referral sources, and other businesses to develop or maintain a strong working relationship
  • Identify potential referral sources and introduce them to our services, providers, and processes.
  • Maintain contact with current referral sources and monitor overall satisfaction with the quality and timing of services provided.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient and referral source satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports summarizing contacts made, scheduled, and referral results.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about your clinics and competitor offerings and their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Set and achieve personal performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, new client sales, and other related sales results achieved.
  • Travel by car to perform sales duties with clients, medical providers, local gyms and other community organizations
  • Develop social media campaigns that help achieve corporate marketing goals.
  • Monitor the clinics’ social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with the users.
  • Create methods for finding and encouraging online customer reviews.
  • Analyze long-term needs of the clinics’ social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
  • Represent the company and interact with both referral sources and patients at various points in the patient's experience to ensure expectations are being exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • A minimum of one full year of direct sales experience, preferably in the medical arena
  • 2+ years’ experience in social media management preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and understand the needs of others in a sales relationship
  • A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Must have the ability and willingness to perform cold calls and telephone sales calls.
  • Must possess good computer skills with emphasis on working in spreadsheets.
  • Must be goal oriented and competitive.
