About the Role
As Director of Marketing at Blue Aspen Marketing, you will lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, driving exceptional client outcomes through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
- Lead client presentations, effectively communicating marketing strategies, outlining 90-day goals and strategic vision, and demonstrating clear value proposition.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular account audits to ensure optimal campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Client Success:
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO and paid media.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing automation tools.
Preferred:
