Your work balance includes:

Role Responsibilities:
- Offer leadership and deep expertise to shape the long-term strategy and vision for our full suite of digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to display, search, social, native, video, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with a diverse array of teams (designers, developers, account services, strategy) to manage and oversee the successful execution of digital marketing projects, ranging from individual assets and web properties to comprehensive digital campaigns.
- Define the scope, resources, and approach for digital marketing projects, and lead the implementation of full-funnel media/advertising strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for existing clients as well as prospective ones.
- Manage our digital media operations, resources, and vendors to ensure top-tier execution and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our digital media strategies, campaigns, and SEO/SEM activities. Proactively suggest changes to improve results based on weekly/monthly reviews, in partnership with the account services team.
- Be accountable for agency KPIs pertinent to the successful and retention of all customers.
Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in an agency environment.
- Comprehensive experience with various digital advertising platforms (PPC, display, social, native, video, mobile, etc.) and ad technology (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.).
- Experience in data analytics. Building robust reporting, displaying and explaining in a simplified manner.
- The ability to translate data into actionable insights that can influence plans and investments.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop others and lead a team to success.
- A proven track record of maintaining and expanding client relationships and/or revenue, with business development experience.
