- Customer onboarding
- Answering questions and overcoming concerns
- Communicating with customers on an ongoing bases to provide support
- Communicating with clients to share progress reports.
- Handle incoming client calls routing them to correct team member.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Understanding of The Following:
- Understanding of hiring process
- Experience using Zoom,Google Meet or other video conferencing platform
- Google Apps
- Slack
- Proficient in email communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and patient
- Self-motivated to find solutions to problems
