Outbound B2B Sales Representative

Phoenix, AZ 85016 • Sales • Full-Time

Salary Range:  $60000 - $90000 year

We're growing and hiring our sales team.  Come join a fun, young digital marketing company focused on providing web design, development, social ads and SEO to our customers.

Do you have experience in sales?  Have you sold digital marketing services? Blue Aspen is a digital marketing agency helping small business owners grow their companies with sales and lead generation through online sources.  We are looking for an experienced sales representative to build relationships with local business owners and promote marketing services.

Your KPIs are going to be around generating leads, sharing value to prospects and ultimately closing sales to transition the new customer over to our Marketing Account Executives.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and has passion for this new generation of marketing. If you have the right aptitude and attitude, we have the tools to help you succeed.

Your ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  •  Daily prospecting
  •  Email outreach and customer nurturing 
  •  Sharing the power of SMBs growing with SEO, PPC, or social media campaigns
  •  Sales presentations 
  •  Building custom proposals and service agreements
  •  Reporting weekly progress reports and personal KPIs

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Understanding of The Following:

  • Experience in business development and B2B sales
  • Professional, friendly, and patient
  • Self-motivated to find solutions to problems

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with client management and deep understanding of SEO and Internet Marketing
  • Understanding of HTML and website platforms like WordPress or marketing automation systems.
