VP of Client Services

We are looking for a positive business leader who is looking to put on their strategic entreprenural hat (without the risk) to continue the growth and scale of LocalWork.  Experience as Director of Sales, VP of Sales, VP Operations, Event Director, Client Services and Business Development Manager are areas of background we are looking to fill this role.

LocalWork.com is an employment platform built to connect local job seekers to local businesses. Our innovative recruiting model is why companies like State Farm, American Express, Chase Bank, and many more, are valued clients of LocalWork. Our purpose is to enhance their local hiring process.

You will be expected to build the strategy, process and execution to grow the LocalWork company.  This is done by building strong relationships inside the community and share the story of LocalWork.com. Your goal will be to find organizations who are hiring, and show them the "local" way of attracting the right talent to their organization.

This position is going to require someone who thinks strategically. We are looking for someone who understands this and enjoys the professional side of operations and sales. You will be working with very high level professional individuals from large organizations needing to scale local hiring needs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain current client relationships with new product opportunities
  • Secure "New Logo" wins
  • Create, develop and maintain key community relationships
  • Provide weekly sales forecast
  • Maintain organized CRM with accurate pipeline
  • Achieve goals

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of selling and managing a book of relationship business
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Well organized 
  • Proficient with communication tools: Gmail, Slack, Email automation
  • Self-driven and self-reliant
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Energetic
  • Good sense of humor

SALARY DETAILS
This position will be a base salary plus bonus.  Your total compensation will be based on experience and production. Ideal range of on-target earnings is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
