Are you a passionate and driven leader with a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing SMB (Small and Medium Business) sales teams within the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a dynamic team focused on acquiring and retaining customers within the SMB segment. You will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious sales growth goals and establishing a strong foundation for future success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage:
    • Build and manage a high-performing team of SMB Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
    • Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
    • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive Sales Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the SMB segment, aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Establish clear sales goals and quotas for the team and individual team members.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors within the SMB space.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implement and maintain efficient sales processes to optimize team performance and ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
    • Partner with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
    • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to gather insights, measure performance, and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB market dynamics and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Passion for SaaS and a strong understanding of the value proposition you are selling.
