Sales Representative - Professional B2B Software Sales

LocalWork is a recruitment marketing platform built to help HR professionals attract and engage with job candidates.  You'll be working with HR leaders to access their needs and introduct the value of LocalWork to their company.

We are looking for a results driven Sales Representative to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Actively seek out customers through lead gen and social selling
  • Understand the technology landscape HR and Recruiters use on a daily basis
  • Maintain relationships through sales pipeline
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as sales professional
  • Understanding of HR technology
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
