Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative at VIVAHR. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the Information Technology & Services industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and industries for targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information to make strategic recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote VIVAHR's products and services.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the Information Technology & Services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales lead generation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Availability for occasional travel to attend conferences and client meetings, as required.
