Director of Business Development

Salary Range:  $75000 - $120000 year

This role will work directly with the President to support growth of targeted prospects to become qualified leads and customers. You'll have an amazing experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the sales growth of VIVAHR. 

As a Business Development leader, you’ll be responsible for building the inbound funnel, qualifying and ultimately working with them to becoming customers of VIVAHR. Y

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing or sales experience focused on demand generation, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience in cold prospecting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. 
  • Good time management and analytical skills. 
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and time management

  • Methods for effective prospecting campaigns:
    • Phone calls
    • Emails
    • Voicemails
    • LinkedIn connections
    • Direct mail
    • Personalized video
    • Social media messages
    • Events
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
