Business Development Representative

Salary Range:  $17 - $25 hour

Are you a self-motivated individual and looking for a position that pays a generous base plus strong bonus pay for performance? This role is for you. VIVAHR is hiring for another Business Development Representative. 

We are looking for someone who shares a passion for helping businesses grow and attract great employees.  This role will work directly with the President to support growth of targeted prospects to become qualified leads and customers. You'll have an amazing experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the sales growth of VIVAHR. 

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for finding qualified prospects, contacting and qualifying  them to becoming customers of VIVAHR. You’ll work along side a senior Account Executive to find the ideal customer and supporting their hiring needs. Each converted lead will earn you a bonus. 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B marketing or sales experience focused on demand generation, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience in cold prospecting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. 
  • Good time management and analytical skills. 
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and time management

    • Direct mail

  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
