Position Summary

VIVAHR is looking for a customer service representative to join its growing team. VIVAHR is the Recruiting and Marketing Automation system helping home improvement companies recruit and hire more efficiently. If hired, you will be joining the founding customer success team at one of Phoenix’s fastest-growing tech startups. In this role, you will work to ensure customers start their experience with success.  You'll perform walk-throughs, tech support, and metrics to ensure every customer finds value in using VIVAHR.  You'll be working with small and medium-sized companies.  

You will work closely with the marketing and software teams to help maximize our growth. You'll provide feedback from customers to our internal team to ensure our product roadmap is meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.  Your responsibilities will include using consultative techniques to build relationships with customers, customer service and assistance, assisting in inbound questions, proposal creation, and demoing the software.  

This is a work from home position.  We have an office in Phoenix that will require you to visit for team meetings once a week.

Responsibilities

  • Establish credibility and relationships with new and prospective customers
  • Managing tickets of customer service requests
  • Become an expert on hiring needs and pain points
  • Report to the CEO of your KPIs weekly and monthly
  • Perform online and live demonstrations of the software and services
  • Help build the overall culture and brand value of VIVAHR by collaborating with our internal team and continuously looking for innovative ways to grow the company

Experience

  • Strong experience in customer experience and customer success
  • Experience working with CRMs, customer ticketing, and other cloud software
  • Knowledge of the recruiting and hiring technology a plus
  • Amazing communicator with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand
