Partnerships - Channel Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary Range:  $45000 - $65000 year

VIVAHR HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A CHANNEL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER.  VIVAHR IS A SOFTWARE HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES ATTRACT AND HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. 

As VIVAHR continues to grow, a critcal chanel of success will be with channel partners.  We have invested and built a robust channel sales strategy and need someone with experience in sales and marketing to execute the plan.  Our customers are small business owners in the home services industries.  We work with strategic partners to offer incentives and educational packages to share VIVAHR with their audiences. 

The channel sales and marketing manager will be responsible in identifying new strategic partners, contacting and executing plans to work together.  To be successful in this position, you must have experience in strategic sales.  We are a SaaS company.  Any experience in SaaS and SMB-B2B is encouranged.  If you didn't understand that previous phrase, please do not apply.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and has passion for this new generation of marketing channels. If you have the right aptitude and attitude, we have the tools to help you succeed.  This is a remote position.  You'll be given training, support and weekly KPIs to achieve.  We have a mission to change the way SMBs attract and hire.  

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  •  Email marketing
  •  Strategic channel partnership outreach
  •  Working on daily tasks including prospecing, follow-ups, cold calling
  •  Self educating on new hiring trends
  •  Reporting on successful marketing activities
  •  Building and managing relationships
  • Creating and delivering powerpoint presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Understanding of The Following:

  • Proficient in writing both technical and conversational
  • Expert in organizational skills with CRM and note taking
  • Proficient in using Gsuite
  • Using affiliate tracking and conversion software
  • Experience in managing a blog
  • Professional, friendly, and patient
  • Self-motivated to find solutions to problems
  • Self-starter
  • Sales experience

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Internet Marketing
  • Lead prospecing with email automation
  • Marketing automation software experience
  • Partnership sales experience
