Position Summary

VIVAHR is looking for an saas sales representative to join its growing team. VIVAHR is the Recruiting and Marketing Automation system helping home improvement companies recruit and hire more efficiently. If hired, you will be joining the founding sales team at one of Phoenix’s fastest growing tech startups. In this role you will use inbound and outbound sales techniques to sell complex cloud-based software to small and medium-sized companies.

You will work closely with the marketing and software teams to help maximize our growth. Your responsibilities will include using consultative selling techniques to sell hiring solutions, building a list of potential VIVAHR customers, assisting in inbound marketing efforts, proposal creation, and demoing the software.

Responsibilities

  • Find prospects and quickly establish credibility and relationships with home services businesses
  • Build a pipeline of new sales opportunities using self-generated prospecting techniques along with developing warm leads
  • Learn about the home services space and quickly become an expert on hiring needs and pain points
  • Report to the CEO who will help you prospect, perform demos, and close deals
  • Perform online and live demonstrations of the software and services
  • Help build the overall culture and brand value of VIVAHR by collaborating with our internal team and continuously looking for innovative ways to grow the company

Experience

  • Strong experience in sales and specifically B2B SaaS sales
  • At least three years of sales experience as a top performer
  • Experience working with CRMs, email marketing, and other cloud software
  • Knowledge of the recruiting and hiring technology a plus
  • Amazing communicator with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand
  • Experience and understanding of home service professionals a plus
