Job Description

VIVAHR is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. This Full-Time position is Fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Manage and mentor the customer service team
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and call center software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
