VIVAHR HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A MARKETING MANAGER.  VIVAHR IS A SOFTWARE HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES ATTRACT AND HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. 

This position will be measured on KPIs of quality and quantity of inbound leads, brand growth.

We are looking for someone who shares this passion for helping businesses grow and attract great employees.  This role will work directly with the President to support all major digital marketing channels as we grow.  This is a SMALL COMPANY. You'll have an amazing experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the marketing growth of VIVAHR. You must have an understanding of marketing trends, SEO, PPC and Social Media. An understanding of HTML and website structure is a bonus.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and has passion for this new generation of marketing channels. If you have the right aptitude and attitude, we have the tools to help you succeed. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  •  Content writing and article writing.
  •  Speaking and Podcast outreach
  •  Working on daily tasks including SEO, PPC, or social media campaigns.
  •  Self educating on new SEO and Internet trends.
  •  Reporting on successful marketing activities
  •  Building and managing email automation communication

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Understanding of The Following:

  • Proficient in writing both technical and conversational
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Managing business accounts on social media
  • Experience in managing a blog
  • Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a must.
  • Professional, friendly, and patient
  • Self-motivated to find solutions to problems

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and Internet Marketing
  • Design experience
  • Marketing automation software experience
