Sales Manager - SMB SaaS

Salary Range:  $55000 - $87500 year

We are looking for someone who shares a passion for helping businesses grow and attract great employees.  You will focus on growth of targeted prospects to become qualified leads and customers. You'll have an amazing experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the sales growth of VIVAHR. 

As a Business Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for finding qualified prospects, contacting and qualifying  them to becoming customers of VIVAHR. You’ll work along side a senior Account Executive to find the ideal customer and supporting their hiring needs. Each converted lead will earn you a bonus.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing VIVAHR marketing team. The role will build VIVAHR into a thriving global B2B offering, including setting the bar high for impact in key deals and taking the responsibility to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B marketing or sales experience focused on demand generation, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience in cold prospecting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. 
  • Good time management and analytical skills. 
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and time management 

Responsibilities

  • Methods for effective prospecting campaigns:
    • Phone calls
    • Emails
    • Voicemails
    • LinkedIn connections
    • Direct mail
    • Personalized video
    • Social media messages
    • Events
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
