Demand Generation Specialist

We are looking for someone who shares this passion for helping businesses grow and attract great employees.  This role will work directly with the President to support all major digital marketing channels as we grow. You'll have an amazing experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the marketing growth of VIVAHR. You must understand marketing trends, SEO, PPC, and Social Media. An understanding of HTML and website structure is a bonus.

As the Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of multi-channel campaigns to drive quality demand into our sales or self-service funnels. You’ll work closely with team members in community, content, sales development, partnerships, and operations. Cross functionally, you’ll collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design to scale our product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, SEO, etc focused on B2B demand generation or product led-sales
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience collaborating with multiple departments on complex projects
  • Familiarity with a range of Martech and analytics tools (Hubspot/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Clearbit ads, product analytics tools a plus)
  • Experience building and executing multichannel campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of our display, paid social, search, affiliate and retargeting channels. Experiment with new channels.
  • Work closely with our paid advertising agency to test/optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and maximize return on spend
  • Build out scalable demand generation campaigns to support achievement of targets for: trial starts, trial activation, self service revenue, marketing qualified pipeline, and net new bookings
  • Work with Marketing Ops to forecast, measure, analyze and report on digital demand campaigns across the full funnel
  • Work closely with other marketing leaders to align growth initiatives with content strategy, upcoming product launches, and the progress of strategic initiatives
  • Guide paid efforts across channels and shifting spend to drive growth while maintaining overall return on ad spend
  • Oversee the development, testing, and analysis of new ad units and creative tactics to drive continuous improvement and maximize performance
  • Work with product marketing and community managers to establish VIVAHR's presence on review and marketplace sites
