To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our fast-growing VIVAHR Sales team. The role will build VIVAHR into a thriving global B2B offering, including setting the bar high for impact in key deals and taking the responsibility to accelerate growth.

We are looking for a motivated channel sales and partnerships leader to join our team. This channel sales role is an exciting position to work with new and existing partners - trade organizations, chambers of commerce, integration partners…etc to add value for their members with our hiring software. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful as our partnership sales director, you should build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a world-class channel sales and partnerships program.
  • Build a process to attract and prospect key strategic partnerships, and deploy against a results driven approach.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, partners and following up on leads.
  • Understand motivations and incentives to structure deal terms creatively and constructively, and secure consensus from key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers and partnerships
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in B2B sales or account management at a high growth company
  • Previous experience in a partnership sales position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
