Are you a friendly, motivated hygienist who loves helping patients feel confident about their smiles?Davis & Miller General Dentistry is expanding our hygiene team and looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused practice in Columbia.

We’re a well-established, private dental office known for our supportive culture, long-term patient relationships, and collaborative team. Our hygienists are trusted partners in patient care — and we make sure you have the tools, time, and respect you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and maintenance therapy.

• Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and long-term prevention.

• Review medical histories, take vital signs, and ensure accurate charting and documentation.

• Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization protocols.

• Support a positive, teamwork-oriented office culture — we care for each other as much as we care for our patients!

What We’re Looking For

• Missouri State Board Registered Dental Hygienist (required)

• Excellent communication skills and patient-first mindset

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

• Experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right new graduate

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Office hours: 7 AM – 3 PM — enjoy long weekends every week!)
