The role of an Entry Level Sales Representative is a Full-Time position and requires candidates who are ready to work on-site, as this is not a remote job opportunity. Our team members are at the heart of our community, focusing on growth, recognition, and financial success. As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will contribute directly to enhancing homes and lives through our affordable, attractive, and energy-efficient exterior products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Not an office job – this role requires being out in the field.
  • Go door-to-door in pre-qualified neighborhoods to generate leads for our in-home specialists.
  • Engage homeowners in conversation to understand their needs and explain how our products can meet those needs.
  • Collect contact details from potential customers to set follow-up appointments and facilitate future sales.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to receive ongoing training, stay updated on new product information, and discuss advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • A willingness to learn and actively apply feedback for continual improvement.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle for transportation to various neighborhoods.
  • Maintain a professional appearance to positively represent our brand in the field.
