Job Description

Complete Logistical Services is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dive Tender to join our offshore operations team. This position is geared towards individuals who have a profound commitment to ensuring diving safety and operational efficacy in marine environments. As the success of underwater activities highly relies on functional and safe equipment, we require a professional who is meticulous, responsible, and experienced in facilitating smooth diving operations.

The candidate will be expected to be present on-site to manage and support underwater operations directly. We prioritize the safety of all team members and assets involved in the operations and thus, depend heavily on the proficiency and alertness of the Dive Tender.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist divers before, during, and after dives, including dressing in and out of gear.
Maintain and operate surface-supplied diving equipment (umbilicals, helmets, communications, air supply, etc.).
Conduct pre- and post-dive equipment checks, cleaning, and repairs.
Monitor diver air supply, depth, and communications during operations.
Handle diver umbilicals and ensure they remain clear of hazards.
Maintain dive logs, checklists, and reports as required.
Support rigging, lifting, and surface operations related to underwater tasks.
Follow and enforce safety protocols, reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Assist with mobilization/demobilization of diving spreads and project equipment.
Perform general deck duties, housekeeping, and maintenance as required.

Requirements

Current ADC (Association of Diving Contractors) Card
Current DCBC (Diver Certification Board of Canada) Card
Fit For Duty Dive Physical
Water Survival – T-HUET
Rigging cert (API-RP-2D standard) (8 hour)
Drug screen current or will be taken upon qualification
TWIC
SafeGulf or RigPass
Current First Aid Provider with o2 Admin
Current Dive Hat Inspection (if you own a Dive Hat)
