The position available is a Full-Time role, located at our corporate headquarters. It is important to note that this is not a remote job, requiring physical presence to effectively manage and interact with the finance team and our valued clients.

The Auto Finance Manager will play a crucial role in steering the financial interactions of our automotive sales, ensuring the highest level of profitability while maintaining exemplary standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. Candidates will leverage their expertise in finance management to foster an environment of success within our sales framework, adhering to local and national financial regulations and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell finance products, and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check and verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• Previous automotive finance experience required.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics, Statistics, or Finance is required or 5 years of auto finance experience.
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of statistics and regression analysis.
• Introductory programming course completion is preferred.
