Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Christmas & Holiday Lights Installers. This role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in creating safe, beautiful lighting displays that brighten our customers’ homes and businesses for the holiday season.

Compensation

• Minimum guaranteed pay: $20 per hour / Average earnings $35+ an hour

• Performance pay: 15% commission on the net profit per job

• Installers will always earn whichever is greater — their hourly rate or the commission — so effort and efficiency are directly rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting and décor on residential and commercial properties.

• Work confidently on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas while following strict safety guidelines.

• Handle tools, electrical cords, clips, and décor materials with care and efficiency.

• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

• Provide friendly, professional service while on job sites and represent the company in a positive manner.

• Assist with inventory, loading/unloading supplies, and keeping work areas organized.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops in various weather conditions.

• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow established protocols.

• Good physical fitness and ability to lift/carry equipment.

• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to work flexible, seasonal hours including evenings and weekends.

• Prior construction, roofing, landscaping, or related field experience is a plus (but not required).
