About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to help expand our janitorial and commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with proven B2B sales experience and a passion for building long-term client relationships in the facilities services industry.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals
• Develop and execute strategies to win new commercial accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and closing
• Build strong relationships with property managers and facility decision-makers • Prepare proposals and negotiate profitable service contracts
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure service delivery meets client expectations • Track and report key sales metrics using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (janitorial, cleaning, or facilities industry preferred) • Proven success closing new business and managing client accounts
• Leadership skills with experience training or guiding a team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Professional, dependable, and goal-driven attitude
• Proficiency with CRM or similar sales tracking software
