Duties and Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Lead and supervise a team of junior installers and apprentices, ensuring effective mentorship and management.
• Review and understand blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper installation.
• Ensure that all installations are compliant with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Execute installation tasks with a team or independently, maintaining a commitment to quality and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC installations, offering reliable solutions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and management.
• Provide training and support to junior installers and apprentices enhancing their skills and knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Complete all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately in accordance with company policies and Service Titan requirements.
• Manage the inventory of materials and equipment ensuring availability and preparedness for all projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Possess relevant professional certifications, such as EPA Certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and compliance procedures.
• Exceptional ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Readiness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Physical capability to handle demanding activities such as working in confined spaces, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and tolerating various weather conditions.
