Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are up to code and functioning optimally.
- Respond to service calls and provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
- Install new HVAC systems, including planning and coordination to ensure a seamless process.
- Guide and train less experienced technicians, fostering a team environment that encourages growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of serviced installations and repairs for warranty and service histories.
- Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the ongoing learning and adoption of new technologies and methods within the HVAC industry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC technician.
- Must possess a valid EPA Certification.
- Provision of personal tools for HVAC system repair and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean driving record and have access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass rigorous drug screening procedures as part of the pre-employment checks.
- Willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Capability to train and lead lesser-experienced HVAC technicians, enhancing team skills and cohesion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
