Fresh Coat Painters is excited to announce an open position for an Estimator/Project Supervisor within our team. This role is stationed in the vibrant areas of Weston, Ft. Lauderdale, and Plantation in Florida, presenting a fantastic opportunity for professionals in the painting industry. This is a full-time position geared towards individuals who pride themselves on their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to providing the highest standards of service. This position is not eligible for remote work as it requires active participation in on-site duties and direct interactions with our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed door-to-door estimates to acquire new projects.
• Effectively sell painting services to potential customers, emphasizing quality and reliability.
• Prepare and present proposals to customers in strict accordance with Fresh Coat Standards.
• Supervise and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring they adhere to scheduled timelines and desired outcomes.
• Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved, from clients to team members, to ensure clarity and progress.
• Deliver a quality customer service experience, addressing any client concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Ensure profitability of each project through meticulous oversight and effective management of resources.
• Implement and uphold the Brand concepts of Accountability, Communication, and Transparency throughout project execution.
• Follow strict safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Report project status and other necessary updates to management through systematic documentation and meetings.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience within the residential and commercial painting industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of various painting methods and safety protocols essential.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate proposals that meet company standards.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse clientele.
• Candidates must undergo full training on the Fresh Coat System, including our proprietary quoting software.
• Attendance at a full week’s training at the Fresh Coat Corporate training center in Cincinnati, Ohio is required for certification.
• Must be motivated by a fixed salary with the potential for additional earnings through commission based on closing sales.
