Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, business development, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with talent acquisition strategy and team management

  • Ability to leverage leadership abilities to navigate client negotiations and secure commitments

  • Familiarity with CRM software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing tools
