We are looking for a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As a CSR, you will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty.
The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to promote and represent our client's brand in retail settings. You will act as the face of our company, interacting with customers to promote product information and ensure a positive brand experience.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with our client's customers face to face in a retail setting
- Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services
- Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify growth opportunities for both new and existing accounts
- Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of brand and product developments
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years or Bachelor's
- 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and natural leadership ability
- Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment
