H2 Health & Wellness is seeking a physical therapist to join our team! We are searching for the perfect person to join our multidisciplinary clinic. Providing Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Dry Needling, Massage, and Reformer Pilates, we offer a unique combination of disciplines under one roof.

Who we want… 

We are looking for the perfect team members to join our Physical Therapy department. This is a full-time or part-time on-site role (hiring multiple candidates) for a Physical Therapist at H2 Health & Wellness in Littleton, CO. The therapist will provide one-on-one care for a variety of patient conditions and work with our team of providers to ensure the best outcomes for every patient who walks through the doors.

We prioritize teamwork and respect for other disciplines, our ideal candidate is confident in their skill set and ready to tackle any challenge, but also understands the high value of collaboration. We want a PT who is a self-starter and able to manage a full schedule efficiently because we don’t micromanage. Successful outcomes and a strong ability to build relationships with patients is paramount for our new PT. New grads are welcome to apply. Job Duties…

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a variety of physical conditions with a diverse patient population

• Develop customized treatment plans, continually monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary

• Accurate, efficient, and thorough documentation

• Collaborate and communicate with other providers to maximize positive patient outcomes through teamwork

• Continual professional growth and development and willingness to learn from others

• Patient first instruction and education via a variety of approaches in order to meet every patient where they are to promote each individual’s success

• Productive and respectful communication with the administrative team

Qualifications… 

• Licensed Physical Therapist

• CPR Certified

• Individual Malpractice Insurance

• Must be able to demonstrate various exercises and techniques that will include the ability to do repetitive movements including: lifting, twisting, pushing, bending, pulling, and grasping

• May need to lift or move up to 25lbs occasionally

• Adequate hearing and visual acuity is required to meet job demands (Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform job duties.)
