The B2B Sales Representative will be a crucial member of our outbound sales team, focusing on cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with business clients. Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Note that this position is not eligible for remote work; our sales team thrives on face-to-face interactions and onsite collaboration to best serve our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and provide forecasts on anticipated client needs.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed proposals and sales presentations for potential business clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements to close sales with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to act as an expert consultant to prospective clients.
- Regularly update CRM systems with the latest client interactions, contacts, and status updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align strategic goals and enhance outbound campaigns targeting specific sectors.
- Attend industry conferences and professional development sessions to ensure continued growth in sales tactics and product knowledge.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field id preferred.
- Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role in Sales or Marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales techniques, as well as CRM software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; able to assertively engage and persuade various types of clients.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations to a diverse range of clients and professional peers.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary to meet with clients and attend events.
