This role is perfect for skilled sales professionals who can confidently guide homeowners through the solar process and close deals without needing to knock doors or generate their own leads.

What You'll Do:

• Close Warm Appointments: Handle pre-set, qualified appointments from our canvassing and marketing teams

• Consult & Educate: Walk homeowners through their solar options, financial benefits, and energy savings

• Design Custom Solutions: Use our tools to build tailored solar proposals and guide customers through the decision process

• Follow Up Strategically: Maintain strong follow-up routines with leads in your pipeline

• Own the Sale: From presentation to signed contract, you'll lead the entire closing process

• Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams for smooth handoffs to operations and installations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience closing sales (solar preferred)

• Ability to handle virtual consultations, present proposals, and close over Zoom or phone

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and committed to performance

• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and proposal tools

• Available to work evenings/weekends based on customer availability
