Please note, this position is not eligible for remote work and requires the candidate's presence at our main office. The role focuses on direct customer engagement rather than remote call handling, emphasizing personal interaction and hands-on assistance with our company's products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct engagement with customers to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
  • Assembling and demonstrating the functionality of our products to customers.
  • Writing and processing product orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Providing thoughtful and effective solutions to customer problems.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Collaborating with other team members to enhance customer service strategies and execution.
  • Collecting customer feedback to direct to the product development team.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product or policy changes.
  • Handling payments and transactions with utmost accuracy and security.

  • Ability to work 5 days a week, with flexibility for weekends as needed.
