What You'll Be Doing:

• Take the lead at in-store promotional events, bringing brands to life and delivering memorable experiences

• Talk to real people, solve real problems, and make sure customers leave happier than they came

• Learn by doing—you’ll get direct coaching on everything from sales strategy to leadership development

• Step into leadership as you mentor new hires, collaborate on team goals, and help grow our presence across Memphis

• Think big—we’ll teach you how to scale ideas, manage teams, and eventually run locations of your own
