Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients by engaging them via marketing strategies and direct communications.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities and provide reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry conferences and professional events to network and increase industry knowledge.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to align strategies and enhance product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback from clients to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on sales leads, ensuring high levels of customer retention and acquisitions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, facilitate communication, and document sales progress.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure company goals are met.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a remotely managed business environment or similar.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market segmentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate effectively.
