The selected candidate will be based in our headquarters as this position is not configured for remote work. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in navigating the complexities of market trends and customer needs to propel our company forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet company revenue and growth goals.
  • Identify and develop new markets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Lead negotiation processes to close deals with optimal terms.
  • Monitor current market trends and competitor strategies and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients, vendors, and all other professional contacts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare detailed reports on business development outcomes and present these to senior management.
  • Engage in high-level decision-making processes concerning business growth avenues and tactics.
  • Manage complex contracts with strategic partners and clients, ensuring compliance and fruitful cooperation.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and products.
  • Provide leadership and training to new members of the business development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role; minimum 5 years required.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales with a strong record of achieving targets.
  • Highly skilled in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and execute strategic and business plans.
  • Deep understanding of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in fostering long-term professional relationships.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changes swiftly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
