What You’ll Be Doing:

???? Strategic HR Leadership

  • Shape and steer HR strategies that bring our cooperative mission and values to life.

  • Partner with leadership and the Board to guide workforce planning, organizational design, and meaningful change.

???? Policy & Compliance

  • Craft and maintain clear, compliant HR policies rooted in fairness and transparency.

  • Keep records organized and generate insights to help leadership make smart, people-centered decisions.

???? Talent Management

  • Lead the charge in recruiting and welcoming a diverse, talented team.

  • Build performance and development programs that empower employees to grow and succeed.

???? Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Nurture an inclusive, positive, and respectful workplace culture.

  • Spark engagement through thoughtful initiatives that celebrate collaboration and teamwork.

???? Benefits Administration

  • Oversee a benefits program designed to support the well-being and future of our team.

  • Work with partners to balance value and cost-effectiveness, ensuring employees’ needs are always front and center.

???? Training & Development

  • Identify growth opportunities and champion continuous learning at every level.

  • Design training programs that uplift individuals and strengthen the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification like SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a plus!).

  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years leading the way.

  • Experience in a cooperative or collaborative work environment? Huge bonus!

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • A natural communicator, skilled relationship-builder, and thoughtful problem-solver.

  • Experience with Paylocity for data-driven decision-making is a plus.
