Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive (Travel Concierge) to serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP clients. In this role, you will help travelers take advantage of exclusive resort promotions, arrange seamless travel schedules, answer inquiries, and provide a luxury-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Serve as the main liaison between VIP clients and luxury resorts in the Bahamas.

    •    Inform and educate clients on exclusive promotions, resort amenities, and special offers.

    •    Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions.

    •    Personalize travel itineraries based on client preferences and expectations.

    •    Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.

    •    Work closely with resort partners to ensure VIP guests receive exclusive perks and experiences.

    •    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences.

    •    Stay updated on resort offerings, seasonal deals, and travel trends.

    •    Proactively follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

    •    2+ years of experience in travel sales, concierge services, or luxury hospitality.

    •    Strong knowledge of resort destinations, particularly in the Bahamas.

    •    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    •    Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at various stages of travel planning.

    •    Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

    •    Proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM software is a plus.
