About the Role:

As an Entry-Level team member, you’ll be the face of client's brand in retail campaigns. You’ll engage directly with customers, answer questions, generate interest in the product, and help drive sales. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales, communication, and customer service. We provide hands-on training and growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Initiate conversations with customers in various retail campaigns and create a welcoming experience.
• Act as the bridge between our clients and their target customers—gathering real-time feedback, and generating qualifying leads!
• Identify and qualify interested customers for clients, collect contact information, and schedule follow-up appointments for the client’s installation team.
• Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and support fellow team members to hit group goals.
• Help manage a team giving and implementing feedback to ensure growth and satisfaction for our brand plus clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• A passion for teamwork, lead generation, and personal development.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or marketing is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!).
