At Cobalt 13, we combine excellent customer service with direct, results-driven marketing to help our clients grow their brands. We’re currently seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team to represent our client, in retail locations.

About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative you’ll be the face of the client’s brand in retail campaigns. You’ll engage directly with customers, answer questions, generate interest in the product, and help drive sales. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales, communication, and customer service. We provide hands-on training and growth opportunities for those interested.

What you'll do:

• Initiate conversations with customers in various retail campaigns and create a welcoming experience.
• Act as the bridge between our clients and their target customers—gathering real-time feedback, and generating qualifying leads!
• Identify and qualify interested customers for the client's brand, collect contact information, and schedule follow-up appointments for the client’s installation team.
• Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and support fellow team members to hit group goals.
• You have the opportunity to manage a team, giving and implementing feedback to ensure satisfaction of our brand and our clients.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn—no previous sales experience required
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to retail locations and our Frederick, MD office
