Your Responsibilities:
Support the execution of high-impact retail locations that drive measurable results—your work directly contributes to client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Participating in daily meetings to keep the team aligned and informed on current office goals.
Initiate conversations with customers in various retail campaigns and create a welcoming experience to generate quality leads.
Proactively seek out and engage with potential customers, using direct marketing strategies to expand the client base and drive leads, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
You have the opportunity to manage a team, giving and implementing feedback to ensure satisfaction of our brand and our clients.
What You Bring to the Table:
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
A passion for teamwork, lead generation, and personal development.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or marketing is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!).
Reliable means of transportation.
