Job Overview:

As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing client relationships while driving sales initiatives. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within the retail setting. Your ability to nurture relationships and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • High school education required ; College degree is preferred but not required.
  • Driver's license with reliable transportation.
