Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
As an Outside In-home Sales Consultant, your main responsibility is to engage directly with homeowners in their homes, introducing them to a cost-effective and sustainable power solution and helping enroll them in the most cost-effective and eco-friendly Solar Energy programs possible. Through these face-to-face interactions, you'll educate families on how they can secure a more reliable and affordable energy source for their home—without any pressure to make an immediate purchase. Your goal is simple: take a warm, company-generated sales lead and convert that lead into a client that enjoys the benefits of our best programs to fit their financial and energy needs. When you are not receiving and converting warm leads, you will be expected to canvas residential neighborhoods with our Appointment Setter team in order to find new, self-generated business.
Success in this role comes from the ability to quickly build rapport, earn trust, and communicate value—all within a brief but impactful conversation. Your persistence, professionalism, and knowledge will allow you to develop a steady pipeline of potential customers, turning initial cold leads into long-term solar clients.

Daily Responsibilities:
Organize your schedule to prioritize taking and converting company-provided Solar Sales consultations in-home with homeowner clients.
Engage in daily door-to-door prospecting to increase awareness and education of our affordable, high-quality Solar Solution.
Work around homeowners' schedules, focusing on afternoon and evening availability to maximize engagement.
Educate homeowners on the long-term benefits of Solar as an alternative to their current Power Provider.
Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in travelling Sales Opportunities as they become relevant.
Who We’re Looking For:
Not intimidated by knocking doors to generate residential Solar leads.
Must be adaptable and resilient, able to handle frequent rejection while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Full-time commitment required (9-hour shifts). Must be able to adapt to the homeowner client’s availability (evenings and weekends, occasionally holidays)
Strong communication skills are essential; bilingual abilities are a plus!
Willingness to learn, memorize our proven in-home and appointment setting scripts, and complete applicable training to enhance performance.
Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Compensation Package:
Approximated seasonal/summer earnings: $105,000 - $125,000 (includes commissions, performance bonuses, overrides, and profit-sharing opportunities).
