The role is not suitable for remote work. 

The successful candidate will be a frontline communicator, directly engaging with our customers to ensure their needs are met with courtesy and efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products to offer tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, thereby maintaining the brand's reputation. 
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques and current trends in customer support. 
  • Implement effective problem-solving skills that can handle customer inquires and create resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Enhance customer service systems through creative innovations that align with customer expectations and company objectives. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, maintaining flexibility to assist other team members. 
  • Prepared to showcase product knowledge in order to effectively assist clients.

Requirements

  • No prior experience in customer service required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on engaging customers effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to take initiative and deliver results that reflect positively on the company's image and services.
