What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills: At least 3-5 years of dental assisting experience with a solid foundation in both front and back office systems.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort and interest in using the latest dental technology to enhance patient care and office efficiency. Experience with Open Dental is a plus! We have an iTero, CBCT, laser, intraoral and extraoral cameras and will assist in training to fill any gaps in knowledge.
Patient-Focused: Enjoys interacting with patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during every step of their visit.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is key! You’ll help ensure smooth operations by reviewing schedules ahead of time, maintaining accurate records, sterilizing instruments, and assisting in clinical procedures.
Team Player: Always willing to jump in and help wherever needed – whether it’s assisting with procedures, answering phones, managing schedules, or supporting colleagues in other areas.
Passion for Dentistry: A love for the profession and a desire to provide the highest standard of care to every patient.
In This Role, You Will:
Assist in a variety of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, surgical, and sedation utilizing a variety of different technologies to provide optimal patient care.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for treatment.
Support our front office team with patient communications and scheduling when needed.
Provide excellent chairside assistance and make sure patients have a positive, comfortable experience.
Stay organized and maintain sterilization protocols and patient records.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and instruments
